One home in the renovation gallery is Adams, an older tri-level home with a small kitchen and divided master bath. We removed the wall between the living room and kitchen, opening up the space and brightening the entire main level. In the master bath we did the same, creating a large room with a custom tile shower and double vanity. With these changes and the updating of the finishes throughout the home, along with new windows, mechanical systems and painting of the exterior, this home is basically new in an older, established neighborhood. The design team at Camerata Homes was able to create the ideal home for its clients in the shell of a house built in the late 1970s.
