We have been in our new home that was built by Camerata for just a little over a year.  While the whole process of building and moving into a new home is always a stressful endeavor, we can rest easy when it comes to knowing we now have a quality home.  The home has been problem free from the day we moved in and the quality of construction is evident throughout the home.

During the construction process, they always listened to our requests and were flexible in meeting them.  When they said something would be done, it was done.  Many times throughout the process, we were surprised by the little extras they did that make the home stand out as truly being custom. 

Our home building process involved the demolition of an existing home and the building of our new home, both of which Camerata managed.  The whole process was in tight quarters to all of our neighbors.  They have all been very complimentary of both the quality of the home and the way in which the project was handled to minimize the impact to them. 

We absolutely love our home and would absolutely recommend Camerata.

We have been in our home for over a year now and we enjoy it more every day.

The quality of construction is obvious everywhere you look.  The place is not only beautiful and comfortable, but also extremely energy efficient.  Our utility bills are considerably less here than they were in our previous house that was 1,000 square feet smaller. 

The views of the front range are terrific from almost every room.   We take full advantage of the sunsets from our deck or great room every night.

Camerata Homes, and Mike Rothschild in particular, were fantastic to work with. They initially met with us on a few occasions to determine what we were looking for in a finished basement. They provided a very detailed scope of work, flush with creative ideas, and a transparent cost estimate.  Throughout the building process, they took great pride in their workmanship, with an impressive attention to detail.  The quality of the bar and bathroom are outstanding.
