Camerata Homes: Currently In Design

Camerata is currently developing several new home designs.

The first collection in progress, which we are calling the Western Sky collection, draws on the lifestyle and geography of the American west. Originally intended for a community located on the plains just northeast of Denver, the Western Sky homes will be suited to spacious home sites in many Colorado areas. Homes in this collection will be designed in Craftsman or Prairie style, and both ranch and two-story variations will be available. Western Sky homes will be very efficient family-style homes, including 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3 and 4-car garages, and lots of storage space for extra vehicles, boats, and sports gear. Priced at $300-400K, these homes will offer excellent value.

A second series in design is called the Renaissance series, based on its traditional European styling. Designed initially for narrower home sites, the Renaissance homes feature private courtyards and  indoor-outdoor living.  The Renaissance homes will be priced in the $750K to $1 million range.
