Camerata works closely with each client as a solid team to identify your goals, establish your budget, and choose architecture and design styles that reflect your lifestyle and work within your desired price range.

Because the design of your home needs to be integrated with its architecture, the first series of consultations includes both a designer and architect.  When the time comes, the designer can then guide clients appropriately in choosing stone, fixtures, flooring, wall colors, paint, roof colors, and other elements.

As advocates for each client, Camerata ensures that the design phase has common sense and value engineering built in. We work with you to make the most of the unique opportunities and limitations presented by the features inherent in your home site. We have the experience with various architectural styles and design elements to be able to give helpful guidance about what kinds of design elements will and won't work well for your location and your home. We can guide you ahead of time about which architectural directions may accommodate your budget and which may not. In short, we oversee each aspect of the design phase in order to avoid problems, maintain the budget, and save you time.
